I don't have much to say about it aside from the fact that it's refreshing, minty, and all around delightful. In fact, it was so delightful that Ian ate it almost every day during his weekly visit here. And even wished for a Yunnan place as this back home in Seattle. (WHOA, WHOA, WHOA calm your tastebuds)... those of you who know Ian...know what I mean.
Really happy week, really happy food. Not much else to say. Oh yeah, and we watched the poor crawfish get their heads snipped off one by one during the course of our meal (Seen below).
